RW in the USHL, usually these guys are tying to go to NCAA.

Had 19 points in just 18 games, so looks like injury cut his season in half.

Hockey's Future had the details on his injury:

Suffered a season-ending injury in December, cut in the ankle by an opponent's skate blade. He tore a tendon.

Cisse is certainly an interesting prospect with loads of pro potential.  He possess the size of an NHL power forward at 6′3″, 208lbs, and still growing into his frame.  Cisse also displayed top end speed and first step acceleration.  He was a diligent backchecker, very often the first forward back, and a disruptive forechecker by using his speed
